We seek a dynamic Account Executive to join our remote sales team. Compensation: OTE of $100,000+


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to Real Estate brokerage companies in Canada and USA
  • Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessions
  • Collaborate with your team on improving prospecting strategies
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Create an achievable sales plan and implement the plan with vigor
  • Must be great with client communication, follow-ups, and providing client support
  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to successfully close high-ticket deals
  • Ability to present to individuals or small groups with confidence and flair
  • Analytical, logical, and multitasking skills are a bonus
  • Expected to make 80 phone calls per day, generate 40 meetings per month, and close 4 new customer minimum per month


Qualifications:

  • Proven success in high-volume call environments, preferably in the Real estate Technology or related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including lead management and recordkeeping.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence and charisma to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
