What will you do?

As a Senior Recruiter, you will recruit on mid to senior level roles, supporting Account Managers to ensure a smooth process and quick results.


Job Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Target Achievement and Metrics:

  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads and build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Network and establish relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.


What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Specialist or proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English & French an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
