A minimum of fifteen (15) years of IM/IT experience.
A minimum of six (6) or more years of demonstrated experience as a lead Enterprise Business Strategist on medium to large complex system development or COTS implementation projects in the Digital Health space.
Exceptional knowledge of, and experience with, Enterprise Master Patient Index solutions demonstrated through a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
3+ years of demonstrated capability of managing/leading a team of specialists, technical analysts, developers, business analysts and testers.
Demonstrated experience in the development of Integration and Functional deliverables
Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise managed integration services and processes, that can be applied to multiple clients/solutions.
Demonstrated experience standing up and delivering functional integrations for intra-provincial solutions, providing experience on maintainability and long-term lifecycles that extend beyond initial implementation.
Experience with interoperable Electronic Health Record solutions and the integration(s) required to support the iEHR business.
5 years of demonstrated experience in transformational projects acting as an architect with proven capabilities mentoring technical teams.
