Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ingénieur support réseau expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dans la région de Gatineau/Ottawa. Quelqu'un qui peut s'attaquer à toutes sortes de tâches liées aux technologies de l'information, avec de grandes compétences en routage / commutation et avec de nombreux types de routeurs et de pare-feux.

Votre rôle sera d'assister les clients d'IT EXPERTS dans leurs besoins informatiques.

Le travail peut varier de l'assistance aux utilisateurs finaux à la planification et à la conception de réseaux. Un large éventail de compétences est donc requis pour ce poste.


Compétences requises :

Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de communication.

Expertise dans les technologies Microsoft et de mise en réseau.

Connaissance approfondie des systèmes d'exploitation Windows (client et serveur).

Excellentes compétences en matière de dépannage - à l'aide d'outils de ligne de commande, de ressources Internet et de connaissances/expériences personnelles.

Excellentes compétences en matière de recherche.

Capacité à comprendre les besoins d'une entreprise en matière de technologies de l'information.

Une bonne connaissance des fournisseurs locaux et des fournisseurs d'accès Internet est un atout.


Certifications :

Expérience avec différentes marques de commutateurs, de routeurs, de points d'accès sans fil et de pare-feu.

VMWare et Microsoft hyper-v

VoIP, Asterisk, Avaya, NEC et/ou Cisco.

Expérience des logiciels et du matériel de sauvegarde.

A+, Network+, CWNA

VMware et Hyper-V

Autres certificats de fournisseurs.


Tâches :

Effectuer des réparations/installations/maintenance de systèmes informatiques et périphériques réseaux. Rédiger un rapport des problèmes vécus par le client et des réparations/solutions apportées. Faire l’installation et/ou le déploiement de systèmes d’exploitation et d’applications Windows. Configurer et administrer des routeurs et commutateurs. Expérience avec différents équipements « firewall, router, switch, access point, etc » Créer, configurer et administrer des sous réseau et des VLANs. Configurer et administrer différents pare-feu. Configurer, Administrer et faire le soutien de serveurs Microsoft Windows sur VMWare et Microsoft hyper-v. Configurer, surveiller et gérer les parcs informatiques des clients avec les outils et logiciels spécialisés. Dépannage général des réseaux et de systèmes informatiques.


Qualifications :

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le support technique, l'administration de réseaux, le support aux utilisateurs finaux, l'analyse informatique et/ou le conseil.

- Expérience professionnelle confirmée en tant que technicien d'assistance bureautique ou réseau, ou dans un rôle similaire.

- Solides compétences en matière de dépannage et d'esprit critique.

- Support et dépannage d'Office 365.

- Prise en charge d'un environnement intégré Active-Directory.

- Capacité à poser des questions ciblées pour diagnostiquer les symptômes et déterminer la cause première de la défaillance d'un équipement (réseau, logiciel, matériel, problème électrique, etc.).

- Expérience pratique avec Windows 10 et Windows Server (une expérience avec Mac est un bonus).

- Connaissance de l'architecture réseau, des opérations réseau, de la configuration à distance, de l'assistance à l'installation et au service à distance.

- Capacité à lire, à comprendre et à exécuter les processus documentés et les documents d'orientation relatifs aux projets et/ou aux services, et à fournir des missions complètes et précises.

- Comportement positif et professionnel avec une attitude orientée vers le client.
