Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at Flexijet North America. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative assistance and support to the COO, including handling expense reports, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, daily and monthly HR tasks, sales support tasks, and managing of our loaner and service program. This role is based in Ajax, ON, and has flexibility for a mix of remote work.


Qualifications

  • Experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support
  • Proficiency in managing expense reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include project management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of the construction industry.

(Knowledge of Hubspot CRM, and Microsoft Teams is a plus)
