Responsibilities:


  • Manage, coach and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters across multiple locations.
  • Source, interview, and hire top talent across diverse tech disciplines (mobile, cloud, cybersecurity, data science).
  • Be an expert in the latest sourcing strategies and tools (job boards, social media, networking).
  • Understand the salary requirements of prospective candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting.
  • Champion Tech Consulting's employer brand and attract A-player candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in corporate or IT technical recruiting.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven track record of building, leading and managing successful recruiting teams.
  • Deep understanding of social media recruiting and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Passion for attracting top talent and exceptional communication skills.
  • Aggressive and passionate about recruiting
  • Experience in the IT landscape and a love for all things tech


What else do you need to know? We are ideally looking for a recruiting Director open to relocate to Atlanta, GA, United States. This person will have to meet visa requirements.
