We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager who has demonstrated success in hiring resources across SAP Supply chain space and has managed teams as well.

**What will your day look like?**
- Manage recruitment team across Europe and North America
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Promote ArchLynk’s reputation as a great place to work by being Archlynk’s employer brand ambassador (employer branding efforts)
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

**Skills and attributes for success**:

- Bachelor’s degree with proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably someone who has been recruited in the Professional Services space.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Phone, MSteams)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for ERP roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search, advanced search, networking, referrals, meetups, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
