Job Summary: Key Account Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Key Account Coordinator (KAC) serves as a crucial intermediary between our company and key stakeholders within the Pharmacy Channel across Canada. The KAC's primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with pharmaceutical accounts, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans to achieve Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Market Share, and Executional KPIs.
  • Create and implement annual business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and promotional spend. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and buying patterns.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with major pharmacy chains such as Jean Coutu, Metro, and Loblaws.
  • Proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities within assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Strongly preferred bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in healthcare (preferred) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial acumen with the ability to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, plus performance-based bonus.
  • Participation in Employee Stock Option Plan.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drugs.
  • 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually.
