We are looking for a Senior Social Sector Specialist with a strong background in consulting and a deep understanding of municipal and social challenges.

Job Summary:

The Senior Social Sector Specialist will spearhead initiatives integrating strategic consulting with advanced technology to address complex challenges. This role demands a professional who excels in both technical and interpersonal dimensions, capable of leading projects to successful outcomes while fitting seamlessly into our culture of innovation and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology-driven projects within the municipal, social, and governmental sectors, applying deep domain knowledge and innovative solutions.
  • Champion the adoption and effective utilization of new technologies, including AI and case management software, to optimize project outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and present compelling solutions.
  • Independently create and manage high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across non-profits, charities, and government sectors.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant consulting experience, particularly in environments that address municipal or complex social issues.
  • Proven track record of high performance in consulting roles, evidenced by significant achievements or awards.
  • Charismatic and commanding presence, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and presentation, adept at leveraging data to support impactful arguments and presentations.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Public Administration, Social Sciences, Information Technology, or Business Management.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Comfortable adapting to and implementing new technologies, especially AI, to enhance consulting practices and project outcomes.

Case Management Software Experience:

  • Practical experience with implementing and using case management software is considered a significant asset. Candidates should have a solid understanding of how these tools can streamline project processes and improve deliverable quality.
