About the Position 

As an Operations Specialist at TOMORROW, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of client and consultant-related activities. Your role will involve managing various operational tasks, supporting project setups, and providing essential support to ensure the alignment of operations with the company's goals. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Client Support: Manage client contracting, onboarding, and payment processes, including MSA, SOW, NDA, signatures, insurance, taxes, scheduling, issue resolution, and processing. 
  • Consultant Support: Administer consultant contracting, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including MCA, SOW, NDA, signatures, tech setup, payment setup, policies, training, technology, paperwork, schedule confirmation, and payment issue resolution. 
  • Business and Administrative Operations: Provide resourcing support for problem-solving and process improvement, prepare for and attend internal meetings, manage communications, file management, document processing, and oversee policies and procedures. 
  • Resource Management: Update core team resource allocation trackers, assist in project resource planning, and administration of time tracking. 
  • Project Setup: Coordinate team onboarding and project setup, including Teams creation, folder setup, budget tracking, and maintaining project documentation such as NPTF, resource planner updates, and Timeular. 
  • IT Support: Facilitate system management, help desk operations, and data security.

  • Proficiency in managing operational processes and documentation. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. 
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in managing operational tasks in a remote or distributed team environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant tools. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
