Occupational Therapist

Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist you will:
- Provide disability management services as part of a community-based interdisciplinary care model.
- Conduct musculoskeletal, psychosocial, cognitive, and functional assessments.
- Perform home safety and home modification assessments.
- Develop and implement Occupational Therapy treatment plans that are client-centered, evidence-based, and focused on physical, cognitive, and psychological recovery.
- Utilize and supervise Rehabilitation Assistants or Kinesiologists during service delivery.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare providers, employers, and insurance adjusters to optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct worksite-based services, including job site visits, ergonomic assessments, and return-to-work planning and monitoring.
- Formulate detailed reports and recommend services based on assessment findings.
