OVERVIEW -


We are looking for a skilled Email Copywriter, who brings a passion for crafting compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions for our DTC e-commerce clients. You will be responsible for creating high-quality email and SMS copy that aligns with our clients' goals and adheres to the best practices of DTC email marketing.


This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the nuances of DTC email marketing but also has a knack for innovation and creativity in their writing. You will work closely with our email strategist, email specialist, and designer to ensure that all messaging is consistent, aligned with campaign goals, and optimized for performance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -


  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy for email and SMS campaigns that follow Everboost’s standards and DTC best practices
  • Draft sample email and SMS copy for potential clients to showcase our approach and creativity.
  • Work closely with the email strategist, email specialist, and designer to ensure that all copy aligns with the campaign's strategic objectives and is designed to work seamlessly with visual elements.
  • Continuously refine and optimize copy based on performance data, feedback, and testing results to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Review and edit copy for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand voice, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing efforts, providing alternative copy variations
  • Create compelling marketing material for Everboost’s own promotional efforts, including website content, blog posts, and social media copy.

Methodical Approach:

  • You lay out copy in a clear, structured way that makes it easy for designers to translate your words into visual elements, ensuring a seamless handoff between writing and design.

  • You communicate effectively with team members, ensuring that your copy aligns with the overall strategy and vision of each campaign.


Adaptability:

  • You can adjust your writing style based on client needs, feedback, and performance data, always striving to deliver the best possible results.

As an Email Copywriter, your success will be measured by:


  • Meeting Design Deadlines: Consistently delivering high-quality copy on time, ensuring that all emails are executed according to schedule.
  • High-Quality Copy: Consistently producing copy that meets our standards, resonates with our clients' audiences, and drives desired actions.
  • Alignment with Email Goals: Writing copy that effectively supports the strategic objectives of each email and SMS campaign.
  • Client Satisfaction: Contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients by delivering copy that meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly seeking out new writing techniques, trends, and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of your work.



QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS -


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in DTC email copywriting.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of DTC email marketing best practices and how they differ from other forms of copywriting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in remote work environments is a plus.


We DON'T require any certifications or degrees; we just require a willingness to learn, grow, and take challenges head-on. Skills and experience are what matter, not a piece of paper.
