Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business and digital transformation planning and activities related to change management.
  • Manage, develop and deliver change management communications, coaching, resistance management and training plans, programs and/or presentations.
  • Manage and plan roadmaps, adoption milestones, and rewards and recognition for goal achievement.
  • Lead, manage, develop, implement and evaluate change management and communications initiatives and strategies in collaboration/consultation with stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage project resources, expectations, timelines, risks, challenges and deliverables.
  • Identify and analyze the impacts of changes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish change management best practices and procedures that drive and support achievement of objectives and requirements.
  • Provide advice, education, coaching, guidance, recommendations and/or technical direction to employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop performance measurement metrics/statistics/data related to change management activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Leadership Studies or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in a change management, learning and development or related field
  • Experience in a financial services organization
  • Experience in developing policies, procedures, guidelines and training to support change strategies and goals
  • Learning and development experience, an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
