**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Interventions**: Design and implement both system-centered and people-centered change interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- **Change Management Strategies**: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, strategies, and frameworks tailored to our unique organizational needs.
- **Risk Identification**: Proactively identify and address potential risks associated with change management initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance to build project capacity and ensure successful adoption of change strategies.
- **Change Readiness**: Conduct thorough change readiness assessments to inform and optimize our change management approach.
- **Performance Measurement**: Develop performance measurement and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Integrate performance monitoring disciplines into development and change management plans, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
**Must-Haves**:
- Valid Government of Canada Secret clearance.
- A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective change management strategies.
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate the purpose and benefits of change.
- A track record of successfully driving organizational change and enhancing workforce responsiveness.

- Change Management Certifications (e.g., Prosci).
