Principal Salesforce Consultant

As a Principal Salesforce Consultant - Financial Services at Plative, you will be advising and implementing Salesforce solutions to our portfolio of Financial Services clients. Candidates for this role should possess a deep knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities across the Financial Services industry. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executive stakeholders, uncover business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions that address the client’s requirements. As part of the Plative's Delivery team, you will be building out and executing a roadmap for our client’s Salesforce journey across multiple Salesforce products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaise with Financial Services clients to maintain and develop business relationships, ensure satisfaction with services, and identify growth opportunities in the industry
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather business, functional, and technical requirements, and run sessions with internal team members for business process analysis
- Take a hands-on approach to architecture, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for business requirements, while collaborating with internal team members to deliver quality work and address project limitations and risks early
- Provide on-demand learning assistance to clients, including navigation, workflows, and saved search creation, while configuring and customizing Salesforce.com core products
- Manage and facilitate project delivery, build necessary components, and develop strategies for data migration and system integration
- Guide testing approaches for internal QA and UAT, and lead client relationships to design and execute tailored CRM roadmaps that align strategies with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and drive growth
- Work with multiple clients simultaneously to deliver innovative enhancements and solutions, while leading project management duties to ensure the success of client engagements, following the Plative project methodology.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of Salesforce experience in a consulting environment, including proficiency with Salesforce Flows and relevant certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant)
- Project management experience with the ability to lead and manage a team of cross-functional consultants in project delivery
- Excellent client and customer relationship management skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and approaches for client issues
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Wealth and Asset Management Firms
- Data visualization experience with Tableau or CRM Analytics (CRMA)
- Understanding of related third party tools within the Financial Services space
- Delivered numerous complex Salesforce projects
