Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. They work closely with clients to optimize their Salesforce systems, streamline operations, and deliver practical, scalable solutions. With a mix of technical expertise and collaboration, they ensure businesses get the most out of their Salesforce investments.


Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Support Managed Services teams while building lasting client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
  • Mentor the Managed Services team, oversee account management, and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
  • Lead solution design conversations to uncover and address customers' business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Deliver Salesforce solutions tailored to meet client needs, driving impactful results.
  • Manage a thorough and organized backlog, prioritizing tasks to align with client goals and project milestones.
  • Contribute to all project phases, including ramp-up, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices, consulting techniques, and effective configuration approaches.


Summary of Experience

  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Salesforce Consultant
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce: Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud, Advanced Configuration, Security/Permissions Management, Data Migration, Data Model
  • Familiar with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations
  • Experience in Agile project methodology, including backlog management, user story & acceptance criteria, sprint planning, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
  • Self-motivated and directed; Fast learner
  • Strong English communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Able to perform efficiently and effectively without oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Consumer Goods, and Data Cloud experience a plus
