Outside Sales Rep

Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing customers
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Promote and enhance the company's presence
- Attend the office on a regular basis
- Local travel within Ontario with possible extended travel in Canada and the U.S.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in the hardwood lumber industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Passionate interest in sales and customer satisfaction
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of French an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft software including word, excel and access.
