"Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, preferably within financial services and/or tech industry.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

• Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking to effectively communicate the benefits and impact of initiatives supported to drive business outcomes.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze people impacts and leverage employee insights to inform communication strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support adoption of technology-driven banking products, services, and initiatives.

• Craft compelling content for various channels including websites, social media platforms, and newsletters.

• Translate intricate technical concepts into clear and accessible language tailored to diverse audiences, including customers, investors, regulators, and industry experts.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineering, training, and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and regulatory compliance.

• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices relevant to communications in the banking and tech sectors.
