As a Sales Support Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building efficient processes that drive success.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, allowing them to focus on closing deals and engaging with clients.

Administrative Support

Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team directors when needed.

Help organize and maintain sales-related documentation.

Inside Sales

In required territories, proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and video calls to assess their needs, provide product information, and qualify leads.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain and update CRM tools with client details, interaction logs, and sales activity tracking.

Quality Control & Pipeline Review

Ensure that the information in assigned sales representatives' pipelines is accurate, up to date, and that the data can be efficiently used by the operations department for planning.

Proposals & Documentation

Assist in preparing and delivering quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Event Coordination

Support the planning of sales events, trade shows, training sessions, and meetings.

NetSuite Super-User

After training on the tool and processes, act as a reference for assigned sales representatives, providing guidance on how to use and configure the system properly.

YOUR BAGAGE

2 to 5 years of experience   in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role.

Experience in   CRM management , sales tracking, inside sales, or prospecting (an asset).

Degree in   Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing , or equivalent experience.

Bilingualism (English-French) required   – advanced English, minimum intermediate French.

Strong proficiency in   Microsoft Office Suite .

Knowledge of   CRM software   (ideally NetSuite – an asset).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication skills, autonomy, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
