Sales Support Professional

We're a dynamic and innovative company that's committed to delivering exceptional results. As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, allowing them to focus on closing deals and engaging with clients.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team directors when needed.
- Help organize and maintain sales-related documentation.
- In required territories, proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and video calls to assess their needs, provide product information, and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with client details, interaction logs, and sales activity tracking.
- Ensure that the information in assigned sales representatives' pipelines is accurate, up-to-date, and that the data can be efficiently used by the operations department for planning.
- Assist in preparing and delivering quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the planning of sales events, trade shows, training sessions, and meetings.
- Act as a reference for assigned sales representatives, providing guidance on how to use and configure NetSuite properly.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in CRM management, sales tracking, inside sales, or prospecting (an asset).
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingualism (English-French) required – advanced English, minimum intermediate French.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM software (ideally NetSuite – an asset).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication skills, autonomy, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
