Our client, a dynamic and innovative iGaming company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Performance Marketing. This full-time, in-office (Vaughan, ON) role is perfect for a specialist with a passion for gaming and expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI optimization.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for all brands
  • .Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
  • .Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • .Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation within the iGaming industry
  • .Utilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • .Optimize campaigns through continuous testing and creative optimization
  • .Develop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and messaging that align with brand guidelines
  • .Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets for all brands
  • .Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the iGaming space

Requirement

  • s:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus
  • ).Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the iGaming secto
  • r.Proven track record of successful performance marketing strategies and campaign
  • s.Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budget
  • s.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a tea
  • m.In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, platforms, and tactic
  • s.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insight
  • s.Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics
  • ).Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • s.Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving performance target
