Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales - International Student Recruiter. This part-time position is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales while helping other students navigate their journey to Canada. This role offers flexible working hours and has potential for growth, with opportunities to transition into a full-time position and future sponsorship for a work permit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Mgration.ca’s services to international students through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • Identify and engage potential students, providing them with information on study programs and immigration pathways.
  • Conduct advisory calls with potential students, offering the ideal study programs for their goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute student recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to build and maintain relationships with prospective students and partner institutions.
  • Assist with organizing and attending events (both online and in-person) that promote educational opportunities in Canada.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and social media.
  • Assist with lead generation activities and maintain the database of prospective students.


Qualifications:

  • Spanish Language Proficiency
  • Experience working with international students, education, or in an education or immigration agency is an asset.
  • Currently enrolled as a student in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Passion for helping international students succeed.
  • Experience or interest in marketing and sales.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.


Compensation:

  • Contract of 1,000 - 1,300 CAD / month + recruitment target commissions.
  • Flexible hours to accommodate your studies.
