PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


TireConnect is looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager professional. The Partner Program Manager is responsible for identifying, building and managing the TireConnect Partner Program. The Partner Program Manager must have experience in designing programs and supporting operational processes for Software as a Subscription (SaaS) models. This individual will use a data driven approach that incorporates partner and internal feedback to ensure the program’s success.


  • Understand the industry landscape and monitor the ecosystem for changes and opportunities.
  • Identify potential partners using strategic thinking and analysis.
  • Design mutually beneficial partner programs with the goal to drive sales and other benefits for TireConnect as well as deliver value for our partners.
  • Create program materials including guides, policies, other documentation.
  • Be comfortable presenting program details and results to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to drive program adoption, profitability and overall success.
  • Manage new partner onboarding: qualifying partners, conducting due diligence and creating integration requirements.
  • Work with legal team on program agreements to accommodate various types of partnerships.
  • Define operational processes, integration and reporting requirements to support the changes and ongoing management of the program.
  • Support the partner team in providing materials and processes that add value to the partnership.
  • Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to grow the program engagement.



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 2+ years of partner program management in SAAS company.
  • Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with various partner types and partnership models.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business models.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent skills in drafting content, writing and editing.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and detailed project management.
  • Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task and work cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter and excellent problem solver via collaboration.
  • Interest in understanding of industry landscape and ecosystem.
  • Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate other ideas into all aspects of the job.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 10%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Salesforce (or similar CRM) .
