Are you a payroll professional ready to make your next career move? Our client, a very reputable organization in the Greater Vancouver area, is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team onsite. If you have a knack for precision, a passion for payroll, and experience with UKG software, this could be your ideal opportunity


What You’ll Do:


  • Accurately process payroll for salaried employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, addressing employee queries with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Leverage your UKG expertise to streamline payroll operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and best practices, ensuring the organization remains compliant.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience running payroll, ideally for salaried teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
