About the role:

Timescapes is looking for a motivated and skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team and play an integral role in shaping and implementing our demand generation strategy in North America.


The right candidate will be innovative, analytical, pragmatic, and share our values of Curiosity, Reliability, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Obsession. You are a person that understands the importance of running marketing programs that produce high-quality leads and generate sales pipeline. You know how to build, run, and manage awareness, paid, and lead nurturing programs that target, educate, and convert our ICP into influenced pipeline and closed revenue.


Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader on every front: run your team, mentor writers, take charge of client meetings and drive strategic, big-picture discussions.
  • Possess very strong presentation skills
  • Lead briefs and presentations for pharmaceutical brands and serve as the copy expert for a brand across their HCP and DTC business
  • Build strong client relationships through creative collaboration & support
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide insight and expertise about the brands, disease states, clinical trials and data, and competitive products, as well as on all relevant media and technology
  • Determine skills and timing needed to achieve a successful campaign
  • Accountable for producing assets that deliver on the defined creative strategy
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the copy team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved
  • Work with the CDs to motivate and encourage the creative team to grow while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and cultural trends, pulling these references into creative ideas; influence industry trends and contribute to shaping agency strategies.


Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel, multi-touch demand generation campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversion of leads and contribute opportunities to the sales pipeline.
  • Partnering closely with the North American Sales Team to build and support cross-functional lead-generation and account-based marketing programs and campaigns to drive pipeline volume and velocity, ensuring alignment and execution.
  • Supporting and collaborating on marketing campaigns in Australia and New Zealand on an ad-hoc basis to ensure consistency and alignment in lead generation and account-based marketing efforts.
  • Planning and building lead nurturing programs that move people into an active buying motion - Own Nurture and Re-engagement.
  • Identifying new inbound and outbound marketing activities that deliver a flow of qualified leads whilst monitoring ROI and optimizing for performance.
  • Leveraging analytics and KPIs to understand program effectiveness and continuously improve lead performance and conversion.
  • Reporting and communicating KPI results to highlight achievements, identify opportunities and risks, and outline plans for improving demand generation outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to build programs and campaigns that support the overall marketing playbook.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and demand generation.


Experience & qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing and demand generation experience with a focus on growth-stage technology companies.
  • Ability to build, run, and manage awareness, paid, and lead nurturing programs and campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality leads and generating sales pipeline.
  • Experience creating demand-generation programs that demonstrate a deep understanding of the buyer and market.
  • Ability to analyze and understand data to continuously optimize program and campaign performance.
  • Outstanding conversational and written communication style that is simple, clear, and concise.
  • Positive and open-minded with excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking skills, and hands-on execution.
  • Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to focus on high-impact, high-value initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, tools, including: CRM software, marketing automation software (Hubspot or Marketo), Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising.
