Overview

This position calls for a skilled and proactive Supervisor to lead the Corporate Actions team. We are seeking a subject-matter expert in Corporate Actions to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

People Leadership:

  • Motivate, mentor, and guide the Corporate Actions team to achieve excellence
  • Lead performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback to support growth
  • Encourage ongoing professional development and foster a learning culture within the team
  • Identify and nurture high-potential team members for future leadership roles through succession planning
  • Drive recruitment efforts by selecting candidates who align with the firm’s core values and organizational goals


Process Management:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Corporate Actions team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Facilitate training initiatives to enhance the skills of the investment advisory team
  • Continuously assess and refine existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic guidance on resolving complex issues, balancing the needs of various stakeholders
  • Plan ahead to address challenges and leverage opportunities for future growth
  • Build expertise across all areas of Corporate Actions, keeping reference materials current
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in data management to deliver high-quality results


Requirements

  • Minimum five years of corporate actions experience in a brokerage or a back-office environment
  • Two years of leadership experience
  • Broadridge Dataphile experience
