Le rôle est responsable de diriger les activités locales, régionales, et globales de commandes à l’encaissement et de maintenir des indicateurs de performance (KPI) de classe mondiale. Ce rôle est essentiel pour maximiser le flux de trésorerie grâce à la collecte de liquidités en temps voulu et à un environnement de contrôle sain.


L’équipe Commandes à l’encaissement maximise les ventes et les revenus en augmentant la sensibilisation, en minimisant les exceptions et en atteignant l'excellence dans l'exécution. Dans le cadre de votre rôle en tant qu’Exéc., Commandes à l’encaissement, vous motiverez, stimulerez et dirigerez une équipe d'analystes pour s'aligner sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et continuer à obtenir des résultats de classe mondiale à travers BAT.

Vos zones de responsabilité sont:


Gérer les activités liées au cycle commandes-à-l’encaissement (OTC).

Superviser la gestion du cycle OTC, en s'assurant de l'alignement avec les indicateurs de performance clés et les normes de conformité.

Contribuer aux projets clés OTC axés sur l'optimisation des processus et l'intégration technologique, y compris les nouveaux canaux de vente.

Collaborer avec les équipes Commerciales et de Finances Corporatives pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et fournir des analyses stratégiques.

Aider à la création d'outils de reporting et de tableaux de bord pour une visibilité complète du cycle commande-encaissement.

Identifier et mettre en œuvre des optimisations de processus pour améliorer l'efficacité tout en maintenant des contrôles rigoureux.

Collaborer avec divers départements (Commerce, Chaîne d'approvisionnement, etc.) pour optimiser les flux de travail et renforcer la collaboration.

Assister la direction avec les besoins commerciaux évolutifs et les projets spéciaux, en tenant les parties prenantes informées des mises à jour et des problèmes. Soutenir les tests de nouvelles fonctionnalités du système, surveiller les défauts et garantir une résolution efficace.



Ce quoi ce qu’on recherche ?


2 à 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique FMCG global ou similaire.

Diplôme de baccalauréat en finances ou autre domaine pertinent.

Bilingue (Français et Anglais écrit et parlé).

Solides compétences analytiques, avec une forte capacité à traduire les données en informations exploitables.

Capacité à remettre en question les pratiques conventionnelles et détermination à livrer avec qualité et intégrité.

Grande aptitude organisationnelle, gestion efficace du temps, compétences en présentation, excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.

Connaissances avancées en informatique, y compris les applications Microsoft Office (compétences avancées en Excel requises).

The role is responsible to lead local and above-market Order-to-Cash activities and maintain best in class KPI’s. This role is key to maximize cash flow through on time in full cash collection and a sound controls environment.

The OTC area maximizes Sales & Revenue by increasing awareness, minimizing exceptions, and achieving excellence in execution. As part of your role as an Order to Cash Executive, you will motivate, stimulate, and drive a team of analysts to align with corporate objectives and continue to attain best in class results across BAT.


Your key responsibilities will include:


Manage Order-to-Cash related activities.

Oversee the OTC cycle management, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and compliance standards.

Contribute to key OTC projects focused on process optimization and technology integration, including new sales channels.

Partner with Commercial and Corporate Finance teams to enhance operational effectiveness and provide strategic insights.

Assist in creating reporting tools and dashboards for comprehensive visibility into the Order to Cash cycle.

Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency while ensuring strong controls are maintained.

Collaborate with various departments (Trade, Supply Chain, etc.) to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration.

Assist management with evolving business needs and special projects, keeping stakeholders informed of updates and issues. Support the testing of new system functionalities, monitoring for defects and ensuring effective resolution.


What are we looking for?


2-4 years of relevant work experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other relevant field

Bilingualism (Written and Spoken French and English)

Strong analytical skills, with strong ability to translate data into actionable insights

Ability to challenge conventional practices and determination to deliver with quality & integrity

Strong organizational aptitude, effective time management, presentation skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills

Advanced computer background including Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced Excel skills required)
