Introduction

We are currently seeking a sales professional to represent our Homecare/OSA product line selling Interfaces, and COPD products. The successful candidate will be responsible for making presentations and conducting training initiatives within the territory as needed. Call points include homecare providers, physicians, sleep labs, and community agencies/groups.


Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and evaluate business opportunities, set strategic priorities, and allocate resources effectively. Drive sales of our Homecare/OSA product line to meet and exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with homecare providers, physicians, sleep labs, and community agencies/groups. Develop and maintain excellent rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Product Training: Provide hands-on demonstrations of our products, including trying them on yourself and assisting others in using them. Highlight the ease of use and benefits to potential customers.
  • Autonomous Work: Operate as a self-starter and self-motivator, demonstrating the ability to work independently without taking advantage of the freedom. Be results-driven and take ownership of your territory.


Requirements

  • Three to five years of competitive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in medical or non-medical sales roles.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 50% of working hours spent on the road.
  • Willingness and ability to provide hands-on product training and education.
  • Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and direct resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build solid customer relationships and excellent closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in medical or non-medical sales capacity.
  • Must be a self-starter/self-motivator.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 50% travel required.
  • Willingness to adhere to healthcare facility policies, including background screenings, COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, and providing immunization records as required.
