The Job

In this role, you report to the Managing Director/National Sales Director, and your responsibilities will encompass all things sales strategy and execution. You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers in Southwestern Ontario
  • Identify, pursue, and secure business partnerships and sales opportunities within region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with end-users, providing support as needed to fill orders.
  • Pursue and achieve sales targets through promotion of new and existing products.
  • Promote sales policy and group sales actions to develop product mix.
  • Determine and execute strategy for sales activities, minimizing costs and maximizing sales.
  • Manage portfolio of business within region in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Prepare annual business plans for the region with details for each account.
  • Maintain documentation and customer records in alignment with business requirements.
  • Promote the company and the full range of products using ethical sales methods.
  • Manage product margins and pricing to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Resolve sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner with effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities with competitor analysis and market insight.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the company’s products and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in internal meetings and discussions to determine effective strategies.
  • Other tasks as required.



What you bring to the job

You are a driven sales professional with strong ethics and a talent for building relationships. You are a team-player motivated by uplifting colleagues, counterparts, and external stakeholders to ensure all see success. You also have:

  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Experienced in field sales within the PPE or similar industry
  • Certified as a Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Well-versed and trained in solution sales approach
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High degree of integrity and good ethics
  • Effective prioritization and time management
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
