Vice President, Executive Search

Location: Work from your home office or our head office at 135 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto


As a Vice President, you'll join a team of seasoned search professionals, many of whom have worked together for decades. We foster a continuous learning and improvement culture where we all benefit from each other's expertise. While some of our practices are firmly established, others are still evolving.


Mandrake primarily operates on a retainer basis but also offers a non-retained service through its subsidiary, Mandrake Connect Our search work primarily focuses on senior executive roles, but we also lead searches for senior manager-level positions to meet our client’s diverse hiring needs.


Your responsibilities as a Vice President will include prospecting new business, building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and developing a professional network that leads to new business opportunities.


What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in executive search.
  • A desire to build a substantial search practice.
  • High-performance orientation and the drive to achieve results.
  • High energy and a commitment to adding value to the firm's culture.
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers.
