Key Responsibilities


The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including best practices and advanced features, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.


  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data modeling, integration, and both automated and manual data migrations.
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other technologies to build robust applications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other automation tools.
  • Implement and maintain Service Cloud features such as Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge.
  • Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ongoing development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong experience with Service Cloud features, including Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Knowledge, and Case Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein and AI capabilities.
  • Knowledge of advanced data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for Salesforce.
