Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Key Account Manager - Grocery will be responsible for Grocery Key Accounts, liaising with our Grocery partners, affecting planograms, new listings and product distribution. The Key account manager will oversee the sales performance, market share and activations in the Grocery channel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead contact at Dandurand Group for building relationships and managing the grocery channel in Ontario.
  • Develop strong relationships with grocery category managers and marketing departments.
  • Grow Dandurand listing base to increase market share in grocery channel.
  • Build and pitch creative in store marketing activations to drive awareness and sell through of Dandurand products.
  • Build and present category assortment plans using analysis or category data.
  • Build a calendar and activation plan for key promotional programs.
  • Working collaboratively with field/grocery reps on best in class in store execution.
  • Develop tools with consumer marketing department to enhance our execution in store.


Education and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience managing Key Account relationships in a CPG industry (grocery experience preferred)
