STUDENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE (CASUAL ASSIGNMENTS)

STUDENT SERVICE CENTRE

You may take part in a variety of assignments and have the opportunity to work in several different departments providing basic to senior level administrative or customer service-related support.

This competition will provide the division with a qualified pool of casual employees to meet emergent temporary staffing needs on an ongoing or temporary basis. 

WHAT YOU BRING

A post-secondary certificate in Administration or Business. 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a post-secondary environment. (Equivalencies may be considered). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge or experience in PeopleSoft would be considered an asset.

Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well with a team and with our diverse student population both in-person and on the phones - switchboard experience would be helpful. Excellent time management and organizational skills Agility to respond to dynamic situations, showing initiative and able to excel with minimal supervision.

SALARY: $22.33 - $27.98/hour reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience, plus 11.2% in lieu of vacation and holidays. This is a casual position with work required in-person at our downtown Edmonton campus. Applications will be held and used to fill opportunities for the next 3 months.
