Relevant du directeur général et chef des placements immobiliers, Asie-Pacifique, l’analyste a la responsabilité d’aider l’équipe des placements immobiliers, notamment les directeurs et les gestionnaires de portefeuille, dans le cadre du repérage, de la sélection, de l’évaluation et de la gestion continue des relations et des placements immobiliers dans la région Asie-Pacifique.

Responsabilités du poste :

  • Sous la direction générale du premier directeur, acquérir une connaissance du processus de prise de décisions de placement et du processus de sélection de partenaires
  • Évaluer les placements et les partenariats potentiels, y compris les coentreprises, les prêts syndiqués et les fonds, ainsi que les structures fiscales et financières, en utilisant des modèles informatiques et divers outils d’analyse quantitative et qualitative
  • Participer au processus de souscription des placements immobiliers
  • Recueillir des données et de l’information financière
  • Mener des études sur le marché immobilier
  • Prendre part à la supervision et à la gestion du portefeuille de placement
  • S’acquitter des autres tâches et projets attribués.
  • Conduite conforme à nos principes directeurs en matière d’intégrité, de collaboration et d’excellence du rendement.

Qualifications

Nous recherchons des candidats qui ont obtenu d’excellents résultats scolaires tout en participant à des activités parascolaires, qui s’intéressent fortement aux marchés financiers et à la gestion de portefeuille et qui possèdent de bonnes aptitudes en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en établissement de relations. De plus, les meilleurs candidats sont souvent ceux qui associent énergie, enthousiasme et curiosité intellectuelle à un intérêt marqué pour les placements.

Si vous répondez aux exigences ci-dessous, votre candidature nous intéresse :

  • Diplôme de premier cycle ou d’études supérieures récemment obtenu en finance, en immobilier ou dans une discipline connexe
  • Le titre de CPA ou de CFA ou l’inscription à un programme menant au titre de CFA constitue un atout.
  • Connaissance du secteur immobilier des marchés asiatiques, en particulier en Corée.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les technologies et les domaines connexes
  • Solides compétences en analyse quantitative et financière (analyse de la valeur actualisée des flux de trésorerie et modélisation financière)
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et du coréen (aptitude à communiquer verbalement et par écrit); entregent
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Excel et PowerPoint; connaissance des logiciels financiers ARGUS, un atout
  • Souplesse, capacité d’adaptation et sens de l’initiative
  • Esprit d’équipe et enthousiasme à l’égard d’une culture axée sur l’excellence du rendement
  • Professionnalisme et intégrité
  • Volonté d’apprendre et d’exprimer ses opinions
  • Capacité d’incarner nos principes directeurs en matière d’intégrité, de collaboration et d’excellence du rendement
