Print Production Associate

This is the job for you We are currently looking for (2) Print Production Associates for one of our clients in the printing industry.

What is in it for you:

• Hourly salary of $18.84.
• 12-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule in office: 3 pm to 11 pm.
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• Assist all Client Associate roles in ensuring timely delivery of client services.
• Offer backup support during high-demand periods or staff absences.
• Coordinate support coverage schedules in collaboration with Operations Managers and Site Leads.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks as required to support operations.
• Report any process improvement opportunities to Site Leads and Managers during support periods.
• Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer communication and client service.
• Travel to designated client locations using reliable transportation.

What you will need to succeed:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience delivering customer service.
• Experience in the print industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner.
• Ability to work in both team and independent settings with minimal supervision.
• Ability to resolve and escalate issues as needed.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications such as Adobe Acrobat.
