Description

Collaborate with sponsors and business managers to define project objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Identify, document, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise. Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor and manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure project success. Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), System Analysts (SAs), and the Program Manager to plan and execute requirement gathering sessions. Utilize PMP methodologies and tools to effectively manage project execution and ensure high-quality outcomes. Ensure all required project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Obtain approvals from sponsors and key stakeholders for critical project deliverables and milestones. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the approved scope. Understand and drive project performance towards achieving and exceeding established Key Performance Indicators. Regularly report on project performance and make recommendations for improvements. Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making. Monitor project progress and adjust ensure alignment with the project plan and objectives.
