Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in the manufacturing industry in Calgary. This role requires fluency in English and French, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries
- Handle customer complaints by documenting issues, issuing return authorizations, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Input orders and quotes into the SAP system
- Arrange shipments for job site deliveries including dispatch and billing
- Gain an understanding of all related departments (credit, accounting, inventory control, traffic, purchasing, etc.).
- Coordinate the shipping of materials from various warehouses across Canada and the USA.
- Perform warehouse shipping and receiving duties when needed

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working with SAP or MRP an asset
