FIxed Term Quality Assurance

- Engages in performance improvement efforts on product specification, quality assurance initiatives and process optimization.
- Flexibility in providing Technical and Operational support to cross functional Teams to maintaining an OEE level at or above 85%.
- Escalates issues beyond and assist production as required to effect repairs, maintenance and quality.
- Focuses on product quality with regards to boundary samples, standard work instruction and market requirements.
- Actions other tasks and duties as and when required
- Executes Administrative tasks required of the role.
- Supports organizational philanthropic, quality and environmental initiatives and model Company’s core values: Continuous Learning, Insight to Action, Passionate Advocate for Our Brand, Respect for Each Other and Departmental Collaboration
Qualifications
- Form 6 pass
- Tertiary qualifications in quality systems and/or quality assurance desirable and 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be computer literate – Word and Excel
- Have good communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new things and take on new projects or tasks.
- Can work with minimum supervision
