Job Summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a skilled Fixed Term Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support to the production group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%
  • Ensure safe work practices and uphold OH&S procedures in the workplace
  • Work a shift pattern that includes nights, afternoons, and weekends
  • Operate and maintain all operations equipment, including forklifts, blow/fillers, labelers, and more
  • Respond to and correct operational issues, including elementary maintenance and adjustment
  • Carry out AM checks and escalate predictive failures to relevant stakeholders
  • Execute hand palletizing or manual tasks as machines go down
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site
  • Effective entry of downtime into EIT

Requirements

  • Form 6 pass
  • Trade qualification in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years equivalent work experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive manufacturing background, especially in bottling environments with technical experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Valid group 9 driving license
