We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable in the Service industry located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The role includes managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process biweekly payroll operations
• Handle new hires and terminations, including running ROEs
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations including biweekly cheque processing
• Manage and process expense reimbursements
• Ensure accurate records for all customer credit applications
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Utilize skills in Sage Intacct, Accounts Payable (AP), and Canadian Payroll
• Ensure full cycle of payroll is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role such as Payroll Administrator or Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct software
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures
• Familiarity with Canadian Payroll practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
