Job Description

The Institute for Mental Health Policy Research, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), is seeking one part-time, short term contract (6 months) Research Analyst. This position will report directly to scientist at CAMH and work collaboratively as part of a team of researchers to clean and manage data and conduct analyses for research studies. The responsibilities of the Research Analyst will include, but not limited to data cleaning; data management; and data analysis. This position will also include conducting literature reviews, assisting with the development of scientific papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals as well as policy reports and contributing to final reports. You will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field with at least one year of research related experience. The candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and active experience conducting quantitative data analysis. The candidate will have demonstrated training in epidemiological methods and biostatistics. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.
