Facilities Attendants

Aux/On Call as Needed

Duties: Reporting to the Manager, Cranbrook Facilities, this position is responsible for ground and building maintenance at the Cranbrook and Gold Creek Campuses. The position would be responsible for the general maintenance of the physical plan have a general understanding of College operations, act as a labourer for renovations and capital projects as well as assisting in the testing and monitoring of the fire alarm, security alarm, HVAC systems and water filtering/testing.

Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent, coupled with 2-3 years related building maintenance experience, Class 5 Driver's License, First Aid Level 1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in building maintenance OR minimum of 2 years Groundskeeping and Landscaping experience OR an equivalent combination plus demonstrated work experience in a variety of relating building trades performing minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and grounds maintenance.
