Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Environment:

As a Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. You must be physically demanding and able to stand for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for a candidate who is client-focused, dependable, efficient in interpersonal skills, and has excellent oral communication skills. You must be flexible, take initiative, and be a team player with strong values and ethics.

Please note that this is a seasonal position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
