Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, be client-focused, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
