Are you ready to be the hero of customer inquiries? L'OCA is seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of all things customer-related, both online and in-person. As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every L'OCA customer feels valued and heard.

Your Mission:

Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally. Website forms, private messages, emails – you'll handle them all with finesse

Work with our social media team to handle customer interaction - posts, stories, for all L'OCA brands including PYRO and ORO

Become the go-to expert on our loyalty program, guiding customers through the perks and answering all their questions. Dive into the world of events and bookings, helping bring our classroom programs to life.

Who We're Looking For:

You're a recent marketing grad eager to dive into the world of customer experience. Flexibility is your middle name – evenings and weekends are no problem for you You've got excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. While retail experience is a bonus, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly set you apart.
