Job Description

Role : RPA Developer – L5/6

Location : Calgary, Canada

Who are we looking for?

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Tech Led to design & develop technical solutions.

RPA Technical Lead with hands-on experience of 7+ years in Blue Prism and who has experience in automation anywhere to Blue Prism migration.

Technical Skills:

 RPA Technical Lead with hands-on experience of 7+ years in Blue Prism and who has experience in automation anywhere to Blue Prism migration.

 Design and develop complex automation solutions using a variety of methods in support of automation.

 Collaborate with end users & cross functional teams in design, development, testing of projects.

 Engineer process patterns for the purposes of creating reusable assets within architecture.

 Utilize process automation best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements.

 Assist with automation design and provide alternative technical options as required.

 Up-to-date with the latest technology trends

 Highly detailed-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills

 Self-starter and able to execute without a lot of direction or oversight.

 Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to make advanced analytics concepts accessible and understandable to non-technical business users.

 Knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies

 Knowledge and practice of secure software development processes

 Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Leadership Skills :

 Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative working style

 Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Pays high attention to detail.

 Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining logic for written business requirements.

 Able to quickly grasp problems to provide incident resolution and brainstorming for technical requirements.

 Adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced work environment and shifting priorities and responsibilities.

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

o 7+ years of hands-on experience in relevant technologies.

Behavioral Skills :

 Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly.

 Ability to adapt to changing technology and priorities.

 Ability to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

 Somebody who has at least 7+ years of work experience in software development.

 Education qualification: B-Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
