Marketing Coordinator

Alcool NB Liquor (ANBL) in Fredericton, NB

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of ANBL marketing projects across a variety of platforms and channels. In collaboration with the Marketing department, they help to plan, implement, communicate and monitor marketing and advertising activities to deliver on corporate objectives. The Marketing Coordinator also assists with a variety of marketing activities, including proofreading materials, market research, and managing project timelines.

Further responsibilities include:

Project managing multiple campaigns and tasks across the Marketing department with a marketing project management tool. Communicating with internal business partners and external marketing and media vendors to ensure marketing plans are on track and on budget.  Responding to requests, scheduling follow-up planning meetings, and tracking progress on internal briefs Creating, updating, and managing marketing development calendars Identifying target dates, mitigating bottlenecks, and communicating risks Planning and organizing meetings, events, and promotional presentations Tracking and processing department expenses, flagging discrepancies and risks Overseeing marketing inbox and responding to public inquiries

What do you need to be successful?

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar 2+ years in a deadline-driven coordination role Exceptional presentation, organization and time management skills Strong project management skills and the ability to clearly communicate initiative statuses and campaign requirements, identify marketing risks and opportunities and bring forward recommendation for improvements. Familiarity with marketing KPIs across various platforms and channels (CPC, CTR, impressions, reach, share of voice, engagement rate, web traffic, bounce rate, etc.)

It would be fantastic if you also had

Prior marketing experience within the Retail, CPG, or Food & Beverage industries or at a marketing agency Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems and website analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) An understanding of customer journey mapping, user experience best practices, and customer segmentation data and information

Language competencies

Excellent communication skills in both official languages are required (oral and written)

Location:

Reporting to the ANBL Train Station Office in Fredericton New Brunswick Option to work remotely within New Brunswick, with availability for in-person meetings as required

Note

Only candidates with legal authorization to work in Canada will be considered The successful candidate must be based in New Brunswick and able to travel as needed to Fredericton
