Kelly’s customer, an established full-service law firm in Mississauga specializing in various forms of debt recovery are looking for an Office Runner with a valid Driver’s License to perform Bank runs to various financial institutions and perform in-office basic administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBIITIES:
  • Using company vehicle to perform Bank runs to various financial institutions.
  • Delivers letters in a timely manner.
  • When not driving, provide administrative support in office performing tasks such as:
    • Maintenance of firm’s offsite storage facility
    • Completion of logs
    • Filing for various departments
    • Reception relief coverage
    • Staff room supplies, purchase and maintenance
  • Other sundry office runs as required by the COO.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

PERKS:
  • Work in a corporate environment - Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.
  • $43k Salary with benefits after 3-month probationary period.
