What it’s like to be a /Northbridge Claims Administration Manager
As a Claims Administration Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.
The Claims Administration Manager is responsible for the coaching and management of claims administration staff ensuring efficient, prompt, and courteous service. The incumbent is also responsible for the day to day operations and departmental strategies in the achievement of regional goals for customer service, productivity and quality.

Strong understanding of Claims Adjusting process
Providing a great Customer Experience
You have:
Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
Completed or working towards the CIP designation
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within the P&C Insurance industry
A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated People Leadership experience
Experience using NICE CXOne phone system an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office application
