As Coordinator Processing you will be responsible for….
Supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring efficient production operations. This position involves coordinating activities across different departments, managing schedules, and maintaining communication to facilitate smooth and effective manufacturing processes
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets. Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of manufacturing tasks. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock for production needs. Quality Control Support: Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including work orders, inventory reports, and production logs. Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams and departments, providing updates on production progress and addressing issues as they arise. Be a steward of Aurora’s Values Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, working closely with production teams to implement changes. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and minimizing downtime.Accountabilities:
Safety: Practice and ensure adherence to safe work practices and policies Production Efficiency: Accountable for optimizing production efficiency and meeting production targets. Inventory Accuracy: Accountable for maintaining accurate inventory levels to support production requirements. Quality: Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practice. Ensure adherence to SOPs and Policy throughout the team.Knowledge and Skills:
Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of manufacturing processes, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among different teams. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate records. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues in production processes, implementing effective solutions. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production records and quality control processes.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in manufacturing coordination or a related role. Familiarity with manufacturing software and systems. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
